We refund your deposit up to 30 days prior to your stay less a 5% cancellation fee for stays less than 30 days and up to 60 days prior for stays over one month. This Guest House can be expanded to include the apartment above to double your group size. Please inquire! All holidays, U of M events i.e. ball games, graduation, and art fair incur additional fees due to supply and demand. For up to 2 additional people, for events or standard reservations, rates are $35 pp per night.
