Rates are subject to change until this reservation is confirmed. This Guest House can be expanded to include the apartment above to double your group size. Please inquire! All holidays, U of M events i.e. ball games, graduation, and art fair incur additional fees due to supply and demand. Holiday and event rates are based on 4 people. For up to 2 additional people, rates are $25 pp/pn in additional to flat fee of 4 people. This includes children. We refund your deposit up to 30 days prior to your stay less a 5% cancellation fee for stays less than 30 days and up to 60 days prior for stays over one month.
