About Nina Howard

I stay busy running 6 Guesthouses in Ann Arbor or in the North Carolina Smokies, outside Asheville.  I also spend every spare minute in my geodesic dome art studio painting my modern art, which you will see in all my Guesthouses.  I  travel back and forth to Ann Arbor, enjoying my time in one of my Ann Arbor Guesthouses. What a life!  I recently sold Bellanina Day Spa & Institute in Ann Arbor (www.bellanina.com) and then grew from 2 to 6 Guesthouses in 3 years.   As a graduate of The New York School of Interior Design and F.I.T. also in New York, I have a sense of space and beauty and detail that I portray in these Guesthouses.   I have built my reputation in the Spa world from being a great host and it has carried over to AirBnB as a SuperHost! and HomeAway/VRBO as a Premier Partner.  I am always seeking the high road and enjoy inspiring people and sharing my vision for our emerging paradigm shift. My life is built on the foundations of love, gratitude, compassion and generosity. I am thankful to have so many guests that love staying in my guesthouses!

Downtown Ann Arbor is vibrant and so alive!  It is a university town, tech hub, and culinary hotspot and a cultural melting pot for world class arts, music, dance, in so many ways.  As an urban oasis, downtown Ann Arbor is the most desirable place to stay.  Ann Arbor Guesthouses has developed a niche market for short term furnished stays in downtown Ann Arbor.  Almost everything you want to see or do is just a few blocks in any direction and many guests do not bother with a rental car if they come from the Detroit Airport.  If you want to eat-in, our kitchens are set up for home cooking, however, you will probably want to try the many great restaurants all around.  If you desire the downtown Ann Arbor experience, or want to tailgate on your own deck or patio for one of the U of M Football games, look us up!  We hope you call us home away from home!
