Ann Arbor Guest House is located in the heart of Ann Arbor's historic Kerrytown District. This exclusive and private residence is on the second floor of a 170-year-old home surrounded by antique perennials. We are across from Kerrytown Shops and the famed Kerrytown Farmer's Market (open Wednesdays & Saturdays in season). The area is vibrant with life and activity. With the Kerrytown Concert House next door, classical and jazz music often escapes their confines and fills the Guest House! We renovated this Guesthouse in February 2018 and it is fresh and new and sparkly after being open since 2003. We have new paint, new carpet, new bed, new draperies and window coverings, new kitchen appliances and more! The charm of this house keeps regulars, such as parents of kids at U of M or those coming for football weekends coming back. It becomes their home away from home. We have housed many professors for short and extended stays or couples come to escape their work-a-day world in search of a little peace and quiet from the kids and a night on the town, including honeymooners. We lovingly call this our "Love Nest"!

Manager's Cancellation Policy & Notes
Weekdays: 1-night minimum Weekends: 2-night minimum
Over 2 people an additional rate of $30 is charged per person, per night.
Small non-shedding dogs are allowed with a $35 pet fee plus $10 per day with prior approval. Pets cannot be left alone in the guesthouse and must be crated. Please bring sheets to cover any furniture you plan to allow your dog on. Please curb your dog away from the property and scoop!
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
